The space
Villa Alya 1 is in a complex of rental villas with its own pool. The villa consists of 3 bedrooms (all bedrooms have a sea view and pool view and one bedroom is an independent suite with its own entrance), 3 bathrooms, a living room (sea view and pool view) and kitchen. The outside area is made from marble, the pool’s dimensions are 12 meters length and 4 meters width, the pool use is specifically for use for the tenants of villa Alya 1 and there is a large marble table with outstanding view.
